Please help urge the City of Buffalo to move OUR $400 million from JP Morgan Chase Bank, to one of our local banks. Buffalo has already moved $45-million into First Niagara and got a better rate doing business with a locally grown bank.
Chase's unscrupulous business tactics have been well documented Jamie Dimon has appeared in front of Congress several times to defend th
eir models. After a $2 Billion trading loss and consistent pressure from Occupy Buffalo and WNY Peace Center membership Comptroller Mark Schroder moved 45 million from Chase to First Niagara Bank stating:
"Not only will the funds earn more interest with First Niagara, a major local employer headquartered in Buffalo, but it also sends a crystal clear message to JPMorgan Chase that the City of Buffalo is not happy with their business practices, [City Comptroller Mark J.F. Schroeder]
